Groups offer a space to feel connected with others, to share your story and hear others, and to learn that you are not alone in your journey of struggle and healing. Groups offers a more structured approach and follows a treatment plan that is collaboratively set between you and your counselor. Connect with others through shared identity and struggle. Support groups are a great way to engage in caring for your emotional health and well-being without committing to a treatment plan or ongoing counseling care. Gain support while supporting others in celebration and holding space with one another for collective healing. Support group offerings include women of color (more coming soon).

Best for those seeking brief information and structured course modules to supplement their health and wellness.
